Demerit Point Enquiry
Important Note: This enquiry relates to your current demerit point total only. Offences greater than three years old and offences that do not include demerit points are not included.

All drivers start with zero points. If you incur 12 or more demerit points within a period of three years, you will be liable for a disqualification.
Demerit points are added to your licence once the expiation is paid or finalised through a court process.
Demerit points will display as active for three years from the date of the offence.
